Mary Elizabeth Foye

Mary was born on March 9th, 1821. Mary's father was Nathaniel Graves Foye and her mother was Martha Locke Dow. Her paternal grandparents are John Foye and Elizabeth Seavey; her maternal grandparents were James Dow and Mary Parsons. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Orion, James, John, Ann, Elizabeth, Martha, Fidelia, Ellen, Sarah and Sophia. She was the oldest of the eleven children.
