Ann Cecilia Foye

Ann was born on May 4th, 1822. Ann's father was Nathaniel Graves Foye and her mother was Martha Locke Dow. Her paternal grandparents are John Foye and Elizabeth Seavey; her maternal grandparents were James Dow and Mary Parsons. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Orion, James, John, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha, Fidelia, Ellen, Sarah and Sophia. She was the second oldest of the eleven children.
