Hattie Simpson Dow

Hattie was born on July 5th, 1860 in New Hampton, Belknap County, New Hampshire. Hattie's father was Stephen Bean Dow and her mother was Frances Maria Harris. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Dow and Harriet Sanborn; her maternal grandparents are Rufus Harris and Lucy Sanborn. She had five brothers named Charles, William, Stephen, Walter and Edward. She was the third oldest of the six children.
