Esther C. Dow

Esther was born on March 22nd, 1836. Esther's father was Porter Dow and her mother was Laurinda Reed. Her paternal grandfather was Nathaniel Dow and her paternal grandmother is Esther Gilman; her maternal grandparents are Chauncey Reed and Nancy. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Peasley, Clinton, Roswell, Charles, Mary, Sarah, Martha, Alma and Julia. She was the oldest of the ten children.
