Charles E. Burce

Charles was born on May 12th, 1844 in Industry, Maine. Charles' father was Silas Bearse and his mother was Rachel Oliver. His maternal grandparents were James Beale Oliver and Jane Spinney. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Rufus, John, Stacy, Leander, James, William, Lydia, Dorcas, Mary and Amelia. He was the nineth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 72 on May 20th, 1916 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
