James Oliver Burce

James was born on May 1st, 1846 in Industry, Maine. James' father was Silas Bearse and his mother was Rachel Oliver. His maternal grandparents were James Beale Oliver and Jane Spinney. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Rufus, John, Stacy, Leander, Charles, William, Lydia, Dorcas, Mary and Amelia. He was the tenth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 64 on March 12th, 1911 in Bemidji, Minnesota.
