Walter Calder

Walter was born in 1901 in Elgin, Moray, Scotland. Walter's father was George Calder and his mother was Marjory Anderson. His maternal grandparents were Alex Anderson and Mary Ann McDonald. He had three brothers and five sisters, named George, Alexander, Robert, Mary, Catherine, Marjory, Annie and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the nine children.
