George Calder

George was born in 1884 in Elgin, Moray, Scotland. George's father was George Calder and his mother was Marjory Anderson. His maternal grandparents were Alex Anderson and Mary Ann McDonald. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Alexander, Robert, Walter, Mary, Catherine, Marjory, Annie and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the nine children.
