Isabella was born on January 2nd, 1829.  Isabella's father was John Breckenridge and her mother was Mary Breakenridge.  Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Breckenridge and Elizabeth Ferguson; her maternal grandparents were John Breakenridge and Mary Langwill. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, John, William, Thomas, Thomas, William, Maryanne, Elizabeth, Jane and Margaret.  She was the eighth oldest of the eleven children.  She died of an unknown cause, Suddenly, at the age of 33 on August 11th, 1862 in Mt. Barker.  She was buried at the Inverbrackie (neer Woodside).
