Wilton Dallas Groom

Wilton, known as Dan, was born on November 25th, 1881 in Belgrave, County of Middlesex, England.¹

  The family was living at 15 Coleshill Buildings Pimlico at the time Wilton Dallas was born.

Dan's father was George Groom and his mother was Kezia (Lisa) Plumb.  His paternal grandparents were George Groom and Eleanor Turner; his maternal grandparents were John Plumb and Sarah Challis. He had two brothers and a sister, named George, Charles and Eleanor.  He was the youngest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Harry, Albert and Victoria.  He died at the age of 57 on October 31st, 1939.
