This book was given to my Grandmother from her sister, Bertha Kepl (nee Schlievert) on her 27th birthday. All birth and death dates were hand written by my Grandmother, after her death the entries were written by my Father. This book is now in my possession.

BIOGRAPHY: **Taken from "Our Family" compiled in 1981 by Carroll BAIRD(nee RUMPEL)** **Written by Martha** "Martha Hollerbaum (nee Rumpel) born October 11, 1909 on the homestead, located north-west of Balgonie, Saskatchewan. This is were I grew up and went to New Ontario School with my sister Ella and brothers. I always went to Sunday School to the Edenwold Baptist Church and at the age of 16 I became a Member of the Church - I enjoyed teaching Sunday School and singing in the choir. In 1935, I married Karl Hollerbaum - he was trucking milk from Edenwold to Regina, so we made our home in the Town of Edenwold, where we lived for 28 years. We bought a garage in the Town of Edenwold and ran this business until 1963, at which time the business was sold because my husband's health, and we moved to the City of Regina, where we still reside today. We are both active members of the Regina Faith Baptist Church - we also enjoy gardening."
