"Lebensworte und geistliche Liederdichtungen für jeden Tages des Jahres." This book was given to my Grandmother from her sister, Bertha Kepl (nee Schlievert) on her 27th birthday. All birth and death dates were hand written by my Grandmother, after her death the entries were written by my Father. This book is now in my possession.

THE DATE OF BIRTH WAS May 25, 1890; INTERMENT WAS IN Edenwold Cemetery, Edenwold, Sask. Our records show the informant to be: Mr. Edwin Rumpel, Balgonie, Sask. Son of the deceased. WE CERTIFY the above to be A TRUE EXTRACT from the ORIGINAL STATEMENT OF DEATH. Dated in Regina, Sask., this 23 day of October 1985. Signed L. Robinson."

    7Obituary, 23 Oct 1985. "RUMPEL - Saturday, October 19, 1985, Mrs. Ida Rumpel, age 95 years, late of Regina. Predeceased by her husband, Christian; one daughter, Ella; two sisters: Annie Becker and Matilda Winkler; one daughter-in-law Alma. Mrs Rumpel is survived by one daughter, Martha (Carl) Hollerbaum, of Regina; three sons: Edwin (Edna), Balgonie, Herbert (Hilda), Regina, Ruben (Marge), Saskatoon; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews: Guneral Service will be held Wednesday, October 23, 1985, at 1:30 p.m. in Faith Baptist Church, 437 Broadway Avenue East, with Rev. R.L. Quiring officiating. Internment in Edenwold Cemetery. Donations may be made in memoriam to Child Evangelism Fellowship of Saskatchewan, 74 Marquis Crescent, Regina. Visistation for family and friends will be held Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel." Regina Leader Post.
