Wilma was born on August 18th, 1909.  Wilma's father was Johann Christian Sander and her mother was Caroline Becker.  Her paternal grandparents were Christian Heinrich Abraham Sander and Catharina Lemmertz; her maternal grandparents were Georg Becker and Phillipine Müller. She had seven brothers and eight sisters, named Christian, Julius, Balduino, Oscar, Walter, Benno, Artur, Elma, Frieda, Hilda, Olivia, Elsa, Amélia, Emma and Alma.  She was the nineth oldest of the sixteen children.  She died at the age of 69 on April 5th, 1979.
