Christina was born on February 23rd, 1873.  Christina's father was Karl Joseph Siman and her mother was Christina Kanos.  Her paternal grandfather was Jan Mathew Siman and her paternal grandmother is Helena Jerg; her maternal grandparents are Paul Kanos and Maria Sulig. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Andrew, Karl, Karl, Anna and Maria.  Christina and Maria were twins. She had a half-brother named Jan.
