Andrew was born on November 17th, 1857.  Andrew's father was Karl Joseph Siman and his mother was Christina Kanos.  His paternal grandfather was Jan Mathew Siman and his paternal grandmother is Helena Jerg; his maternal grandparents are Paul Kanos and Maria Sulig. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Karl, Karl, Anna, Christina and Maria. He had a half-brother named Jan.  He died at the age of 70 on April 6th, 1928.
