William H. Higgs

William H. was born on December 24th, 1820. William H.'s father was John Higgs and his mother was Ellenor Cove. His maternal grandparents were Henry Cobb and Elizabeth Chapman. He had four brothers and a sister, named Edward, John Henry, Abijah Cove, Joseph and Frances Amelia. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 100 in 1920.
