William Larkin

William was born in May 1845 and his baptism took place on May 19th, 1845 at Kilbride.

William's father was James Larkin and his mother was Mary Garvey. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Michael, James, Patrick, Thomas, Timothy, Jane, Bridget and Honora. He was the third youngest of the ten children.

General Notes
- Sr. Celestine was of

  great grandfather Luke Garvey's generation
  (1863-1944).
  These Larkins lived in lower Manhattan -
  Stuyvasant-town, around 14th Street on the east side.
  She, Sr. Celestine, reported that the young Ned
  Flanagan showed up at their house in Manhattan from
  Ireland with $10 in his pocket and a note from his
  mother saying he should go to his cousins Larkin.
