    Really! I am looking for the parents of a Nora Larkin, born about 24 Dec 1847. The names Mary Garvey and James Larkin are listed as her parents on her death certificate. She married John J. Flanagan in Ireland. They were the parents of 12 children, including Fr. Edward Flanagan who founded Boys Town in Omaha. Our ancestor is another son, James. Does any of that ring a bell? If so, I will take anything you have on this family.
    I know that some of Nora and John's children remained in Ireland even though most of them immigrated to the US, including Nora and John at an advanced age. Thanks, Susie
