János was born on March 8th, 1877 in Aranyos 81 and his christening took place on March 10th, 1877 in Aranyos conducted by minister Nyilas Alajos.1   His godfather was K Tóth Bálint and his godmother was Székely Juliánna.  János' father was János Érsok (Valkó) and his mother was Zsuzsánna Székely.  His paternal grandparents were János Érsok and Borbála Valkó; his maternal grandparents were Székely and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Károly, János, József, Klára and Eszter.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died due to a childhood disease at the age of 2 on March 9th, 1879 in Aranyos.1
