I. Christian D'Oyly, who was married to the Rev. John Wolvey Astley, rector of Quenington, co. Gloucester, son of Edward Astley, Esq. of Carey Street, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, by Anne, his wife, daughter and coheir of Edward Ferrand, Esq. of London, of the family of Ferrand, of Harden, co. York. By him, whose arms were, "Azure, a quatrefoil within a bordure engrailed," she, who survived him, and is now living his widow at Bath, has had issue,

2. Edward Ferrand Astley, who wedded his cousin Elizabeth Anne Gale, presently mentioned, and by her has issue; his eldest; son being

4. Henry Edward Astley, unmarried.
5. Richard Astley, who married, June 1844, Adelaide Annette, daughter of the late Henry Crampton, Esq. of Fassaroe, in Ireland.
6. Frederick Astley (twin with Richard), who died abroad unmarried.

2. Anne Mary Astley, married to Willoughby Trevelyan, Captain 2d Bombay Cavalry E.I.C.S. younger son of the Rev. Walter Trevelyan, of Nettlecombe, in Somerset, and nephew of Sir John Trevelyan, of Nettlecombe, Bart. ("Gules, a demi-horse argent, hoofed and maned or, issuing out of water in base proper,") and by him has issue.
3. Anne Eliza Astley, married to the Rev. Lawrence Latham, present rector of Quenington, co. Gloucester, but s. p.
4. Margaret Astley, unmarried.
5. Jane Caroline Astley, married Oct. 1838 to John Trevelyan, Esq. (eldest brother of the above Willoughby Trevelyan, and nephew of Sir John Trevelyan, Bart.) by whom she has issue sons and daughters.
