Charles D'Oyly 
Charles' father was Col. Charles D'Oyly (of Southrope) and his mother was ??? Eyre. His paternal grandparents were Sir Cope D'Oyly (Knight) and Martha Quarles. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert and Mary. He died in 1741.General Notes
Charles D'Oyly, Esq. of Southrope, co. Gloucester, elder son and heir, succeeded his father in 1694, and was soon after mixed up in the family contention and litigation of the Chislehampton D'Oylys; having been a trustee in the marriage settlement of Cholmley D'Oyly, to whom also he had afterwards advanced money. In Aug. 1709, he married, at Southrope, Mistress Elizabeth Powell, a Welsh lady of property, and acquired lands in Wales by her.[434] Thence down to his death he resided at Southrope, however; and, dying at an old age, was buried at Southrope, 20 Feb. 1741, having had issue by his said wife,
