David Berman

David was born in 1972. David's father is Aubrey Berman and his mother is Hazel Kotzen. His maternal grandparents were Jack Victor Kotzen and Rebecca (Becky) Kay. He has a brother and two sisters, named Larry, Cheryl and Lisa. He is the youngest of the four children.
