Jessie was born on December 14th, 1911. Jessie's father was John William Mather and her mother was Mary Ellen Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Cowley Mather and Elizabeth Cooper. She had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Clarence, Lawrence, Richard, Myrtle, Jennie, Edith and Dorothy. Jennie and Jessie were twins. She died at the age of 69 on January 29th, 1981.
