There is a Hannah that died in Turton in 1801, a spinster, but that may be another.
Death Notes
Richard Mather came to America without Hannah in September 1848, so Hannah had presumed died by then. The Hannah (Sharples) that died 1839 was wife of another Richard from Bury. Cant find Hannah on the 1841 census, although Richard is there (60, Ag Lab) at Sharples, so Hannah may have died before 1841. There is a Hannah Mather died Q4/1844, Turton, aged 64 and another died 1848, Little Bolton, aged 68. One of these was at Dawes St, Bolton in 1841 (Not from Lancashire with son Samuel an Iron Moulder)

There are several possible Hannah deaths:
1827 Hannah Mather, Aged 51, Bolton le Moors, buried 25 Nov 1827, wife of William Mather (but I cant find a Willian & Hannah family)
The 3 Feb 1839 burial at St. Johns, Bury is quite close to Harwood where they lived, but Hannah Sharples (1805-1839) wife of another Richard Mather.
Hannah wife of Richard Mather of Pigslee, aged 34 Years
No Hannah death registered, but possibly Anna:

This may be Anna from Walmersley, aged 34 - so not her!
General Notes
If the 3 May 1777 baptism at Turton is correct, then Hannah had an older sister Peggy baptised 19 Mar 1775 as well as 4 other siblings 1769-1774. 10y later, there was a Mally Knowles, baptised 2 Sep 1787 (same parents), but this may be another family.

Hannah lived in Raikes for twenty years from 1810 to about 1830.3
Occupancy/Contact Notes
Richard and Hannah Mather and family were living at Raikes (farm) in the early 1800s. “Harwood” was shown as the abode on Ann’s baptism (1811), and “Rakes, Harwood” on Richards (1815) and John’s (1816). Then simply “Harwood” again for Henry (1819), James (1821) and Peter (1823). Also, son Nathaniel’s wife Nancy Bromiley died in Dec 1822 and is buried here and first three children born at Harwood (or Harwood Lee on Hannah’s 1851 census, born 1830). The family had moved by 1841.
