Elizabeth Mather

Elizabeth was born in 1872 in Adlington and her baptism took place there on February 9th, 1872.¹²

Birth Notes

Elizabeth's father was Isaac Mather and her mother was Alice Hargreaves. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Amy (Amey or Emy) Worsley. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas, Thomas, James, Esther, Martha, Rachel, Margaret, Martha, Rachel and Alice. She was the second youngest of the eleven children.
