Clara Mather

Clara was born in March 1912 in Salford.¹

Clara's father was Abel Mather and his mother was Martha Grundy. His paternal grandparents were Abel Mather and Sabina White. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Horace, Abel, Abel, Lily, Alice, Martha, Doris and Cecilia. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
