Catherine Mather

Catherine was born in June 1855 in Farnworth.¹

Birth Notes

Catherine's father was William Mather and her mother was Hannah (Ann) Wolfendale. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Mather and Elizabeth (Betty) Hardman. She had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Hugh, William, James, Mary, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Ann and Hannah. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.
