Thomas Haworth of Okenhead in Lower Darwen, second son of Lawrence, married brother Peter's wife's sister Elizabeth, daughter and co-heir of Henry Crosse of Lower Darwen.  She died childless.

"Mr Thomas Haworth of Okenhead" was buried Sep 22 1684, dying at an advanced age.  In his Will dated 1684, Thomas Haworth of Lower Darwen, gent, names his (second) wife Jennet (daughter of W'm Walmsley of Tockholes), to whom he left £200.
