Thomas Hodgkinson

Thomas was born in 1770 in Great Sankey and his baptism took place there on January 28th, 1770.¹

Thomas' father was John Hodgkinson and his mother was Elizabeth Mather.  His maternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Hannah Rawlinson. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Henry, Hannah, Alice, Betty, Margaret, Mary, Peggy and Martha.  He was the youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 67 on November 23rd, 1837.
