Ruth was born on October 11th, 1917.  Ruth's father was Frank Joseph Roetto and her mother was Catherine Witt.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles Roetto and Catherine Marie; her maternal grandparents were Herman Witt and Bernardine Miller. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Loren, David, Frederick, Rose, Dorothy, Virginia and Loretta.  She died due to a medical problem, Complications due to stroke, at the age of 84 on August 13th, 2002 in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas.  She was buried.1 1 




Ruth's family

Ruth and Jerome were married in a religious ceremony on September 10th, 1946.  They had four sons and three daughters, named Louis, Ralph, Paul, Steven, Janice, Dolores and Patricia.
