Clifford Ferris was born on November 11th, 1891 in Red Oak, Montgomery, Iowa, USA.1 Clifford Ferris' father was Henry Ferris Straight and his mother was Mary Luella McLain. His paternal grandparents were Urias E. Straight and Diana Hayes; his maternal grandparents were William Harvey McLain and Lydia Antoinette Whitcomb. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Walter, Horace Arthur, Harry Theodore, Wilford H, Alma, Stella Mae, Violet Diana, Ada Luella, Nora Leota, Gladys E. and Lella A. He died at the age of 86 on July 4th, 1978 in New Port Richey, Pasco, Florida, USA. He was buried in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens.2 -
