John Wesley "Jake" was born on July 27th, 1912 in Kentucky, USA.1 John Wesley "Jake"'s father was Ulysses Simpson Gaddis and his mother was Eva Cook. His paternal grandparents were William Simpson Gaddis and Rebecca Jane Coffey; his maternal grandparents were Frances Marion Cook and Lucy Belle Warford. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Lawrence, David, Lowell Paul, Glenn Eugene, James Calvin, Edna, Alma, Virda Hester, Eva Margaret, Beatrice and Berta. He died at the age of 21 on April 25th, 1934 in Bedford, Lawrence, Indiana, USA. He was buried in Mitchell City Cemetery.2 2 -
