Sh Azam's father was Sy Omar and her mother is Sh Nor.  Her paternal grandfather was Sy Ali; her maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>.  She has a brother and two sisters, named Sy Muhd Rasul, Cik and Sh Bee.  She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Sy Hussin, Sy Hassan, Sy Nong, Sh Salme, Sh Juriah and Sh Kawa.
