Henricus Geurts

Henricus was born in February 1701 in Groessen and his baptism took place there on February 27th, 1701.  His godfather was Jacob Geurts and his godmother was Mechtelt Westrus.  Henricus' father was Jan Geurts and his mother was Willemke/Wilhelmina Elshoff.  His paternal grandparents were Godefridus Berns and Jenneken Thuijssen (Lamers); his maternal grandparents were Henricus Elshoff and Geertie Goosens Sweeckhorst. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Joannes, Petrus, Everardus, Joanna and Godefridus.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died before July 25th, 1740 in Groessen.
