James Andrew Jessen

James was born on February 8th, 1875. James' father was Johannus Jessen and his mother was Katrina C. Krownberg. He had a brother and five sisters, named Pete, Caroline, Marie, Kate, Ellen and Christine. He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 37 on October 29th, 1912.

General Notes
- Born in Germany and died in Friesland, MN., Pine County.
  
  While driving a wagon pulled by horses, he was hit by a train, the N.P. Flyer, at a blind intersection near Friesland and dragged along the tracks. The horses some how escaped unhurt.
