Willam was born in 1870 in SOUTHAMPTON Hampshire England.  Willam's father was George Frederick Biddlecombe and his mother was Mary Ann Philpot.  His paternal grandfather was William Biddlecombe and his paternal grandmother is Clarissa. He had two brothers and two sisters, named George, John, Kate and Lavinia.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 43 in 1913 in SOUTHAMPTON Hampshire England.
