Lavinia was born in 1878 in SOUTHAMPTON Hampshire England.  Lavinia's father was George Frederick Biddlecombe and her mother was Mary Ann Philpot.  Her paternal grandfather was William Biddlecombe and her paternal grandmother is Clarissa. She had three brothers and a sister, named George, Willam, John and Kate.  She is the youngest of the five children.
