Jette was born on January 13th, 1844 in Buchau Federsee, Donaukreis, Wuttemberg.  Jette's father was Abraham Einstein and her mother was Helene Moos (Einstein).  Her paternal grandparents were Ruppert Einstein and Rebecka Obernauer (Einstein).  She had five brothers and a sister, named Raphael, August, Heinrich, Hermann, Jacob and Rika.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 60 on January 7th, 1905 in Ulm, Württemberg, Germany.
