Ann McVay

Ann was born in 1857 in Greysouthen, Cumberland. Ann's father was William McVay and her mother was Ann Heslop. Her paternal grandparents were Henry McVay and Frances Hurst; her maternal grandparents are Thomas Heslop and Sarah. She has five brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, Henry, James, Joseph, Frances and Elizabeth. She is the oldest of the eight children.
