Richard Birchall

Richard was born in 1874 in Catterall, Garstang, Lancashire, England. Richard's father is John Birchall and his mother is Ann Calderbank. His maternal grandparents were Adam Calderbank and Jane Parkinson. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Joseph, George, Edith, Margaret, Jane and Gertrude. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 33 in September 1907 in Preston, Lancashire, England.¹
