Agnes was born in 1756 in Dwingeloo, The Netherlands and her baptism took place there on November 3rd, 1756.1   Agnes' father was Jan Willems ALBERTS and her mother was Grietjen FRENS.  Her paternal grandparents were Willem Hermens ALBERTS and Annegje JANS. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Frens, Albert, Agnes and Marrigien.  She was the second youngest of the five children.
