Katherine KILLEEN

Katherine was born on February 16th, 1870 in Dubque, Iowa.¹   Katherine's father was Patrick KILLEEN and her mother was Katherine GILMORE.  Her paternal grandfather is Edward KILLEEN and her paternal grandmother was Margret UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather was Patrick GILMORE and her maternal grandmother is BRIDGET. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named John, Edward, Michael, Thomas, Patrick Henery, Frank, James L., Thomas and Ellen (Nellie).  She was the third youngest of the ten children. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Michael, Patrick Henery, James L. and Katherine.  She died at the age of 77 on December 18th, 1947 in Carroll, Iowa.¹ 

‌Katherine and John were married in a religious ceremony on February 25th, 1908 in Arcadia, Iowa, Carroll Co..¹   They had two sons named George Cullen and Living.
