Edward KILLEEN

Edward was born on April 8th, 1859 in Dubuque, Iowa.¹   Edward's father was Patrick KILLEEN and his mother was Katherine GILMORE.  His paternal grandfather is Edward KILLEEN and his paternal grandmother was Margret UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather was Patrick GILMORE and his maternal grandmother is BRIDGET. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Michael, Thomas, Patrick Henery, Frank, James L., Thomas, Ellen (Nellie) and Katherine.  He was the third oldest of the ten children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Michael, Patrick Henery, James L. and Katherine.  He died at the age of 70 on February 24th, 1930 in Carroll, Iowa.  He was buried in 1930 in St. John's Cemetery, Arcadia, Iowa.^1 1 

‌Edward and Mary Mae were married in a religious ceremony on October 19th, 1897 in Arcadia, Iowa.²   They had two daughters named Irene F. and Mary Ellen.
