Anna Kathryn was born on March 15th, 1889 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Anna Kathryn's father was Jan (John) JANDA and her mother was Mary BLAZEK. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas JANDA and Katerina OTOUPA; her maternal grandmother was Mary BLAZEK. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Albert Anton, John Joseph, George W, Frances Mary, Mary Elizabeth, Julia Catherine, Rose Marie and Lillian Helen. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 91 in 1980.1 General Notes
