Edward Matthew HLAVEC 
Edward Matthew was born on February 24th, 1918. Edward Matthew's father was Adolph HLAVAC and his mother was Anna Kathryn JANDA. His paternal grandparents are Martin HLAVAC and Frantiska KARMAZIN; his maternal grandparents were Jan (John) JANDA and Mary BLAZEK. He had a brother and four sisters, named Living, Helen Kathryn, Living, Living and Living. He died at the age of 73 in 1991.1 -
