Maurice Lewis Ickeringill

Maurice Lewis was born in 1890 in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia.¹ Maurice Lewis' father was James Ickeringill and his mother was Sarah Lucas. His paternal grandparents were John Ickeringill and Susannah Horsfield; his maternal grandparents are Living and Living.
