Martin Luther Rinehart

Martin Luther was born on October 26th, 1860 in Winnebago Co., Illinois.¹ Martin Luther's father was William Prett Rinehart and his mother was Phebe Ann Bressler. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Rinehart and Lydia Prett. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named George Samuel, John Edward, William Oscar, Albert, Hiram, Charles Henry, Clayton, Elmira Elizabeth, Lydia Ann, Susan Augusta and Emma Jane. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 70 on March 29th, 1931 in Story Co., IA. His burial was in Amaqua, Boone, IA.²
