Clayton Rinehart

Clayton was born on July 19th, 1884 in Iowa.¹ Clayton's father was William Prett Rinehart and his mother was Phebe Ann Bressler. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Rinehart and Lydia Prett. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Martin Luther, George Samuel, John Edward, William Oscar, Albert, Hiram, Charles Henry, Elmira Elizabeth, Lydia Ann, Susan Augusta and Emma Jane. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 93 in May 1978 in Pilot Mound, Boone, IA.²
