Josepha was born on February 3rd, 1782 in Herálec č.105.1  Josepha's father was Wenceslaw Moschner and her mother was Catharina Odwaska.  Her maternal grandparents were Franciscus Odwaska and <Unknown>. She had two brothers and a sister, named Georgius, Franz and Catharina.  She was the youngest of the four children.
