Georgius was born on November 20th, 1774 in Herálec (Moravský).  Georgius' father was Wenceslaw Moschner and his mother was Catharina Odwaska.  His maternal grandparents were Franciscus Odwaska and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Franz, Catharina and Josepha.  He was the oldest of the four children.
